Terms of Service
Last updated: March 15, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Waivoo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Waivoo is an AI-powered travel concierge that helps you plan trips through natural conversation. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate travel itineraries, search for hotels and flights, and provide personalized recommendations.
3. Subscription Plans & Billing
Waivoo offers paid subscription plans (Explorer, Pro, and Family) with different output token allowances. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan selected.
- All prices are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the billing period.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests.
- Token allowances reset at the start of each billing period and do not carry over.
4. Token Usage & Fair Use
Each subscription plan includes a monthly allowance of AI output tokens. When your token allowance is exhausted, you will not be able to send new messages until the next billing period begins or you upgrade your plan. Waivoo reserves the right to limit or suspend accounts that abuse the Service through automated requests, scraping, or excessive usage patterns outside normal human interaction.
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
The travel recommendations, itineraries, pricing information, and other content generated by Waivoo's AI are provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy:
- Hotel prices, flight costs, and availability may change without notice.
- AI-generated information may contain inaccuracies or outdated data.
- Always verify important details directly with service providers before booking.
- Waivoo is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
6. User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited activities.
- You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or overload the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waivoo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to losses from travel bookings, missed flights, or inaccurate recommendations.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
